Our clients include: real estate investors, microlenders, sports teams and gyms, scientists, doctors, doulas, cleaning companies, restaurants and others.

Many of our clients are minority-owned businesses, and we’ve had the privilege of working with clients from around the world, including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Costa Rica, China, England, and India.

How We Work

Clients stick with CLS because of how we work, not just what we know.

We apply these principles to every client relationship:

Honesty First

We’ll tell you what you need to know, not just what is easy to hear.

Transparent Fees

Flat-fee pricing means predictability and no surprises.

Straightforward Language

You’ll understand every document and legal strategy in deep detail.

Genuine Care

Your business, or your family’s future, matters to us as much as it does to you.

“I had the best experience working with Kessia, from fast communication to being able to breakdown or explain things I wasn’t sure about and everything in-between! I am so beyond thankful for her and her services to help me purchase my business! When I say I could not have done it without her, I mean it wholeheartedly!”
